DESCRIPTION

· The ZXFV201, ZXFV202, ZXFV203, and ZXFV204 are high-speed amplifiers designed for video and other high-speed applications.

· They feature low differential gain and phase performance, making them ideal for video amplifier buffer applications.

· The quad version (ZXFV201) drives RGBS format component video signals, while the triple version (ZXFV203) provides RGB component video buffer/driver.

· The dual amplifier (ZXFV204) offers two channels in a single SO8 package, and the small SOT23 package of ZXFV202 is suitable for size-critical applications.

FEATURES

· High speed with a gain of 1 - 3dB bandwidth of 210MHz.

· Slew rate of 380V/µs and 40mA output current at 3V.

· Good video performance with 25 MHz 0.1dB bandwidth, differential gain of 0.04%, and differential phase of 0.04°.

· Characterized up to 300pF load and operates on a ±5 Volt supply.
