DESCRIPTION

· The 74ALVCH16646 is a 16-bit bus transceiver/register with 3-state outputs, D-type flip-flops, and control circuitry for multiplexed data transmission.

· It features non-inverting bus transceiver circuits and allows data to be clocked into internal registers from either the 'A' or 'B' bus.

· The device includes output enable (nOE) and direction (nDIR) inputs to control the transceiver function, enabling data storage in either or both registers.

· In isolation mode, data can be stored in the opposite register, and the device ensures high impedance during power up or down.
