DESCRIPTION

· The 74AUP1G32-Q100 is a low-power 2-input OR gate with Schmitt-trigger action for tolerance to slow input transitions. It operates across a wide voltage range (0.8 V to 3.6 V) and features I OFF circuitry for partial power-down applications, preventing backflow current when powered down. It is qualified for automotive use per AEC-Q100 (Grade 1).
