DESCRIPTION

· The 74AUP3G17 is a low-power triple Schmitt trigger buffer designed to transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.

· It operates across a wide supply voltage range from 0.8 V to 3.6 V, ensuring very low static and dynamic power consumption.

· The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using I_OFF circuitry, which disables the output to prevent damaging backflow current when powered down.

· It features input hysteresis voltage (V_H), defined as the difference between positive (V_T+) and negative (V_T-) switching points.
