DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC139-Q100 and 74HCT139-Q100 are dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer ICs.

· They decode two binary weighted address inputs to four mutually exclusive outputs.

· Each decoder features an enable input that forces all outputs HIGH when activated.

· The enable input can also function as a data input for 1-to-4 demultiplexer applications.

· Inputs include clamp diodes for interfacing with voltages exceeding VCC.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) standard for automotive applications.

· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C.

· Input levels: CMOS for 74HC139-Q100, TTL for 74HCT139-Q100.
