DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC251-Q100 and 74HCT251-Q100 are 8-bit multiplexers with eight binary inputs, three select inputs, and an output enable input.

· They feature complementary outputs and high-impedance OFF-state when OE is HIGH.

· Inputs include clamp diodes for interfacing with voltages exceeding VCC.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.
