DESCRIPTION

· The 74HC4852; 74HCT4852 are dual single-pole quad-throw analog switches (SP4T) for 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications.

· Each switch has four independent inputs/outputs (nY0, nY1, nY2, nY3) and a common input/output (nZ).

· Features a digital enable input (E) and two digital select inputs (S0 & S1) common to both switches.

· Includes injection-current effect control to prevent signal interference from disabled channels exceeding supply voltage.

· Inputs have clamp diodes, allowing interface with voltages above VCC using current limiting resistors.

FEATURES

· Injection-current cross coupling < 1 mV/mA.

· Wide supply voltage range: 2.0 V to 6.0 V for 74HC4852.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78 Class II level A.

· Low ON-state resistance: 400 Ω at 2.0 V, 215 Ω at 3.0 V, 120 Ω at 3.3 V, 76 Ω at 4.5 V, 59 Ω at 6.0 V.

· ESD protection: HBM exceeds 2000 V, CDM exceeds 1000 V.

· Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +125 °C.
