DESCRIPTION
· The AP4470L is an ultra-low power management chip integrating a step-up DC/DC converter and hysteresis comparators.
· It requires only 0.2V input to start boosting without an external transformer.
· It is designed for energy harvesting applications ranging from several µW to several mW.
