· It utilizes a single element Hall IC with a custom magnetic circuit for switching in response to ferromagnetic target signals.

· The device features a digital circuit that matches the IC's temperature behavior with the integrated magnet, ensuring zero-speed performance independent of air gap.

· It outputs a digital representation of the ferromagnetic target profile and is packaged in a 3-pin SIP, lead-free with matte-tin plating.
