DESCRIPTION

· The CBT3244A is an octal bus switch with a standard '244 device pinout, designed for high-speed TTL-compatible bus switching.

· It features two 4-bit low-impedance switches with separate output-enable (OE) inputs, allowing data flow between ports A and B when OE is LOW.

· The device operates within a temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and provides minimal propagation delay due to its low ON-state resistance.
