DESCRIPTION

· The CBT3253 is a dual 1-of-4 high-speed TTL-compatible FET multiplexer/demultiplexer.
· It features low ON-resistance for minimal propagation delay and ground bounce noise.
· The device operates with select control inputs (S0, S1) and output enable inputs (1OE, 2OE).
