DESCRIPTION

· The CBT3861 is a 10-bit high-speed TTL-compatible bus switch with minimal propagation delay.

· It features a low ON resistance of 5 Ω, ensuring efficient connections between ports.

· The device includes one output enable (OE) input; when OE is LOW, port A connects to port B, and when OE is HIGH, the switch is disabled.

· Operational temperature range is from -40 °C to +85 °C.
