DESCRIPTION

· The DAC121S101QML-SP is a 12-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply.
· It features an on-chip output amplifier for rail-to-rail output swing and a three-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interfaces.
· Includes a power-on reset circuit to ensure the DAC output powers up to zero volts and a power-down feature to reduce power consumption to less than a microWatt.
