DESCRIPTION
· EPC2100 is an Enhancement-Mode GaN Power Transistor Half-Bridge IC.
· It features exceptionally high electron mobility and low temperature coefficient.
· The lateral device structure and majority carrier diode provide low QG and zero QRR.
· Designed for high switching frequency and low on-time applications.
· Supplied in passivated die form with solder bumps, die size: 6.05 mm x 2.3 mm.
