The PUMH13,115 is a NPN/NPN double Resistor-Equipped Transistor (RET) packaged in a very small SOT363 (SC-88) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. It features built-in bias resistors with R1 = 4.7 kΩ and R2 = 47 kΩ.
