The PUMD3,115 is an NPN/PNP Resistor-Equipped double Transistor (RET) packaged in a compact SOT363 (SC-88) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. This device features built-in bias resistors R1 = 10 kΩ and R2 = 10 kΩ.
