DESCRIPTION
· EPC2108 is an Enhancement-Mode GaN Power Transistor in Half-Bridge configuration with Integrated Synchronous Bootstrap.
· It operates at a Drain-to-Source Voltage (VDS) of 60 V with an On-Resistance (RDS(on)) of 240 mΩ and a Continuous Drain Current (ID) of 1.7 A.
· Supplied in passivated die form with solder bumps, the die size is 1.35 mm x 1.35 mm.

· Ultra High Efficiency and Ultra Low RDS(on).
· Ultra Low Gate Charge (QG) and Ultra Small Footprint.
· High electron mobility and low temperature coefficient of Gallium Nitride enable low RDS(on) and low QG.
· Lateral device structure and majority carrier diode offer zero Reverse Recovery Charge (QRR).
