Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The FHP3350 and FHP3450 are high-performance, low-cost voltage-feedback amplifiers designed for video applications.
· These amplifiers consume 3.6mA per channel and can drive dual 75Ω video loads with 0.1dB gain flatness up to 30MHz.
· They operate from 5V (±2.5V) to 12V (±6V) supplies, with outputs swinging within 1.3V of either rail.
· Designed on a complementary bipolar process, they offer 210MHz full-power bandwidth and 1,100V/μs slew rate at ±5V.
· Suitable for digital consumer video appliances and high-speed general-purpose applications.

· 0.07% differential gain and 0.03° differential phase errors.
· 210MHz full-power bandwidth at G = 2.
· 1,100V/μs slew rate and ±55mA output current.
· Output swings within 1.3V of either rail.

· Minimum stable gain of 3dB or 1.5V/V.
· Improved replacements for RC6333 (FHP3350) and RC6334 (FHP3450).
