DESCRIPTION

· The HA-2556 is a high-speed, four-quadrant, analog multiplier with a voltage output, designed using Intersil's Dielectrically Isolated High Frequency Process.

· It features a 450V/µs slew rate and bandwidths of 52MHz and 57MHz for the X and Y channels, respectively.

· Suitable for precision video applications, it offers 0.1dB gain flatness up to 5.0MHz, 1.5% multiplication error, and -50dB feedthrough.

· It is ideal for use in AGC circuits and mixer applications in sonar, radar, and medical imaging equipment.
