Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The HFA3102 is a dual long-tailed pair transistor array with all NPN transistors, configured as dual differential amplifiers with tail transistors.

· It is based on Intersil's bonded wafer UHF-1 SOI process, achieving a high fT of 10GHz while maintaining excellent hFE and VBE matching characteristics over temperature.

· Collector leakage currents are maintained below 0.01nA.
