DESCRIPTION

· The ICL7136 is a high-performance, low-power 3½-digit A/D converter with LCD display drivers, a reference, and a clock.

· It features auto-zero to less than 10µV, zero drift of less than 1µV/°C, and input bias current of 10pA (Max).

· Designed for LCD interfacing, it includes a multiplexed backplane drive and is a drop-in replacement for ICL7126 and ICL7106.

FEATURES

· First reading overrange recovery in one conversion period.

· True differential input and reference, direct LCD display drive.

· Low noise (<15µV P-P), on-chip clock and reference, and low power (<1mW).
