DESCRIPTION

· IDT's STAC9752A/9753A are 20-bit, full duplex audio CODECs compliant with AC'97 Rev. 2.3.

· Incorporates ΣΔ technology for high-quality audio processing.

· Supports DAC SNR over 94dB, integrated with analog I/Os including multiple stereo and mono inputs/outputs.

· Features digital I/O capability with SPDIF format support.

· Can be used as a secondary CODEC in multi-CODEC configurations for six-channel AC-3 playback.

· Communicates via five-wire AC-Link, packaged in a 48-pin TQFP for flexible audio system design.
