DESCRIPTION

· The ISL54226 is a single supply, dual SPST switch configured as a DPST, operating from 2.7V to 5.25V.

· Designed for switching or isolating USB high-speed and full-speed sources in portable battery-powered products.

· Features 3.5Ω SPST switches with high bandwidth and low capacitance for minimal distortion in USB high-speed data signals.

· Includes OVP detection circuitry to protect against voltages exceeding +5.25V or dropping below -5V.

· Available in 8 Ld µTQFN and TDFN packages, operating from -40 to +85°C.

FEATURES

· Supports high-speed (480Mbps) and full-speed (12Mbps) USB 2.0 signaling.

· 1.8V logic compatible with a supply range of 2.7V to 3.6V.

· OE/ALM pin for switch control and overvoltage fault indication.

· Charger interrupt indicator output for dedicated charging port mode.

· Power OFF protection and COM pins overvoltage protection.

· -3dB frequency of 790MHz and low ON capacitance of 2pF at 240MHz.

· Low ON-resistance of 3.5Ω and Pb-Free, RoHS compliant.
