DESCRIPTION

· The ISL54227 is a high-speed USB 2.0 DPST switch with overvoltage protection and dedicated charger port detection.
· Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.25V supply, designed for USB high-speed and full-speed data signal switching in portable devices.
· Features OVP detection circuitry to protect against fault voltages up to +5.25V or down to -5V.
· Includes alarm and interrupt output pins for overvoltage indication and dedicated charging port mode detection.
· Available in 10 Ld µTQFN and TDFN packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· Supports USB 2.0 high-speed (480Mbps) and full-speed (12Mbps) signaling.
· 1.8V logic compatible with a supply range of 2.7V to 3.6V.
· Low ON capacitance of 2pF and ON-resistance of 3.5Ω at 240MHz.
· Overvoltage protection for COM pins with detection thresholds at +3.8V and -0.45V.
· Pb-Free and RoHS compliant, meets USB 2.0 short circuit and overvoltage requirements without external components.
