DESCRIPTION
· The ISL54228 is a dual SPST switch configured as DPST, operating from 2.7V to 5.25V.
· Designed for USB high-speed and full-speed source switching in portable devices.
· Features OVP detection on COM pins, protecting against voltages exceeding +5.25V or below -5V.
· Available in 8 Ld µTQFN and TDFN packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
FEATURES
· Supports USB 2.0 High-Speed (480Mbps) and Full-Speed (12Mbps) signaling.
· 1.8V logic compatible with 2.7V to 3.6V supply.
· Low power state and power OFF protection.
· -3dB frequency of 790MHz, low ON capacitance of 2pF at 240MHz, and low ON-resistance of 3.5Ω.
· Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
