DESCRIPTION

· The ISL58334 is a 3V wide optical spectrum laser power monitor IC with a spectral sensitivity range from 400nm to 1000nm.

· It features two banks of three sets of gain registers for monitoring bias and peak levels of each wavelength in applications like Pico-Projectors.

· The device includes a 0.7mm diameter photo detector, TIA, fine gain amplifier, and output drivers for current to voltage conversion.

· It supports both differential and single-ended output configurations and operates on a single +3.3V supply.

· Available in a compact 9-ball glass top BGA package.
