DESCRIPTION

· The ISL6146 is a low voltage OR-ing FET controller designed for OR-ing voltages from 1V to 18V.
· It enhances power distribution efficiency by replacing power OR-ing diodes in high current applications.
· Features a fully integrated charge pump for MOSFET gate drive voltage.
· Allows adjustment of VOUT-VIN trip point for control sensitivity to system power supply noise.
· Includes an open drain FAULT pin to indicate conditional or FET faults.
