Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The ISL9021 is a high-performance single LDO with a guaranteed continuous output current of 250mA.
· It operates within an input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and offers output voltages from 0.9V to 3.3V.
· The LDO is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1µF to 4.7µF (±30%) and ESR from 5mΩ to 400mΩ.
· It features high PSRR of 75dB at 10kHz and 50dB at 1MHz, and includes reverse current protection.
· Available in 4-bump WLCSP and 6 Ld µTDFN packages.

· High PSRR: 75dB @ 10kHz, 50dB @ 1MHz.
· Low quiescent current: 35µA.
· Dropout voltage: <150mV @ 250mA.
· Output accuracy: ±1.8% over temperature, load, and line variations.
· Soft-start feature to limit input current surge during enable.
· Current limit and overheat protection.
· Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.
· Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
