DESCRIPTION

· The ISL99140 is a high-performance DrMOS power module for high-frequency power conversion.

· It integrates a high-performance FET driver and MOSFETs in an advanced package, enabling high-density DC/DC converters.

· When paired with an Intersil PWM controller, it forms a complete voltage regulator solution with minimal external components and reduced PCB footprint.

· Features a three-state PWM input for robust operation under abnormal conditions and a thermal warning output for impending thermal failures.

· Supports high efficiency at both heavy and light loads through diode emulation, which can be disabled if variable frequency operation is not desired.

· Supports 3-state 3.3V and 2-state 5V PWM inputs.
