DESCRIPTION

· The M665 is a dual SAW, selectable frequency VCSO designed for low-jitter clock generation.

· It integrates a SAW delay line for high-Q VCO function, ensuring low phase noise and jitter.

· Available in two models: M665-01 (125-177 MHz) and M665-02 (500-708 MHz).

· Meets GbE requirements with a guaranteed minimum pull-range of ±120 ppm.

· Suitable for phase-locked loops, clock recovery, and telecom systems like OC-48.
