DESCRIPTION

· The Si705x Digital Temperature Sensors provide high accuracy and low power consumption across a wide operating voltage and temperature range.
· These CMOS ICs include a band-gap temperature sensor, a 14-bit ADC, signal processing, calibration data, and an I2C interface.
· Factory-calibrated and stored in non-volatile memory, ensuring full interchangeability without recalibration.
· Available in a 3x3 mm DFN package with an I2C interface operating up to 400 kHz.
· Consumes only 195 nA average current at 1 Hz sample rate, enabling long-term operation with a single coin cell battery.
