DESCRIPTION

· The Si7057/8/9 I2C Temperature Sensors are monolithic CMOS ICs integrating temperature sensor elements, an analog-to-digital converter, signal processing, calibration data, and an I2C interface.

· Factory-calibrated with data stored in on-chip non-volatile memory, ensuring full interchangeability without calibration or software changes.

· Available in a 2x2 mm DFN package, reflow solderable, ideal for accurate, low-power temperature measurement in various applications.
