DESCRIPTION

· The Si7060 family is a series of I2C temperature sensors with high-speed conversion and programmable temperature interrupts.
· Features include an open-drain output for wire-OR configurations and autonomous sampling mode.
· It powers up with a default temperature threshold of 79.8°C and a reset threshold of 75°C, both programmable.

FEATURES

· Accuracy better than ±1°C and repeatability better than ±0.1°C.
· Operates at a wide voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V.
· Low power consumption of 500nA and ultra-low power sleep mode at 50nA.
· Equipped with an I2C interface and configurable alert output.
· Offers four factory-configurable I2C addresses and available in SOT23-5 package.
