DESCRIPTION



· The TPC116S4/TPC112S4 are pin-compatible 16-bit and 12-bit digital-to-analog converters.

· These are four-channel, low-power, buffered voltage-out DACs, guaranteed monotonic by design.

· They use a precision external reference for rail-to-rail operation and low system power consumption.

· Supply voltage range is 2.7 V to 5.5 V.

· Incorporates a power-on reset circuit to ensure DAC output powers up to 0 V.

· On-chip precision output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing.

· Features a versatile 3-wire serial interface operating at up to 30 MHz, compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards.

· Available in a 16-pin TSSOP package, specified over the -40°C to +125°C industrial temperature range.
