DESCRIPTION



· The TPC116S1/TPC114S1/TPC112S1 are pin-compatible 12-bit, 14-bit, and 16-bit digital-to-analog converters.

· These single-channel, low-power, buffered voltage-out DACs are designed to be monotonic.

· They operate with a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and feature a power-on reset circuit ensuring the DAC output starts at 0V.

· The devices include a power-down mode reducing current consumption to 400nA at 5V.

· They are equipped with an on-chip precision output amplifier for rail-to-rail output swing.

· The DACs use a 3-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP standards, operating up to 30MHz.

· Available in an 8-pin MSOP package, they are specified for the -40°C to +125°C industrial temperature range.
