DESCRIPTION

· The TPC116S4/TPC112S4 are pin-compatible 16-bit and 12-bit digital-to-analog converters.
· These are four-channel, low-power, buffered voltage-out DACs, guaranteed monotonic by design.
· They use a precision external reference for rail-to-rail operation and low system power consumption.
· Accept a wide supply voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V.
· Incorporate a power-on reset circuit ensuring DAC output powers up to 0 V.
· On-chip precision output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing.
· Use a versatile 3-wire serial interface operating up to 30 MHz, compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP standards.
· Available in a 16-pin TSSOP package, specified over -40°C to +125°C.
