DESCRIPTION

· The TPC116S8/TPC112S8 are pin-compatible 16-bit and 12-bit digital-to-analog converters.

· These are eight-channel, low-power, buffered voltage-out DACs, guaranteed monotonic by design.

· They operate with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and include a power-on reset circuit.

· Available in 16-pin TSSOP and QFN packages, suitable for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C.
