DESCRIPTION

· The TPS22810 is a single-channel load switch with configurable rise time and integrated quick output discharge (QOD).

· It features thermal shutdown to protect against high junction temperature, ensuring safe operation.

· The device contains an N-channel MOSFET operating from 2.7V to 18V, supporting up to 2A in SOT23-5 (DBV) and 3A in WSON (DRV) packages.

· It includes undervoltage lock-out (UVLO) to prevent damage from low input voltage and configurable QOD for flexible power-down control.
