DESCRIPTION
· The XRA1200/1200P is an 8-bit GPIO expander with an I2C/SMBus interface.
· Features internal 100K ohm pull-up resistors on each I/O pin, individually enabled post power-up.
· XRA1200P has internal pull-up resistors enabled at power-up for known input states.
· GPIOs can be individually controlled and configured as high, low, or three-state outputs.
· Supports input polarity inversion and programmable interrupt behaviors.
· Compatible with CAT9534, PCA9534, CAT9554, and PCA9554 in pin and software.
· Available in 16-pin QFN and 16-pin TSSOP packages.

· Operates at 1.65V to 3.6V.
· 8 General Purpose I/Os with 5V tolerant inputs.
· Maximum stand-by current of 1uA at +1.8V.
· I2C/SMBus interface with clock frequency up to 400kHz.
· Supports up to 32 I2C Slave Addresses.
· Programmable inputs with internal pull-up resistors and polarity inversion.
· Programmable outputs with level and three-state control.
· Open-drain active low interrupt output.
· 3kV HBM ESD protection and 200mA latch-up performance.
