DESCRIPTION

· The FCT162245T is a 16-bit bidirectional transceiver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology.
· It is designed for high-speed, low-power synchronous communication between two buses (A and B).
· The device can operate as two independent 8-bit transceivers or one 16-bit transceiver, controlled by DIR and OE pins.
· All inputs feature hysteresis for improved noise margin, and the device has balanced output drive with current limiting resistors.
· It is a plug-in replacement for the FCT16245T and ABT16245 in on-board interface applications.

· Utilizes 0.5 MICRON CMOS Technology for high-speed, low-power operation.
· Typical output skew (tSK(o)) is less than 250ps.
· Low input and output leakage, maximum 1µA.
