DESCRIPTION

· The Intersil ACTS74MS is a Radiation Hardened Dual D Flip Flop with Set and Reset.
· It transfers the logic level at the data input to the output during the positive clock transition.
· Set and Reset are independent of the clock and activated by a low level on the respective input.
· Utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology for high-speed operation.
· Available in 14 Lead Ceramic Flatpack or 14 Lead Ceramic Dual-In-Line Package.
