DESCRIPTION

· The AD5110/AD5112/AD5114 are nonvolatile digital potentiometers designed for 128-/64-/32-position adjustment applications.

· They feature a low resistor tolerance error of ±8% and support up to ±6 mA current density on the A, B, and W pins.

· The devices include a low wiper resistance of 45 Ω and are controllable via an I2C-compatible digital interface.

· They operate over an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C and come in a compact 2 mm × 2 mm LFCSP package.
