DESCRIPTION

· The AD5247 is a compact digital potentiometer in a 2 mm × 2.1 mm SC70-6 package, designed for 128-position adjustment applications.

· It functions similarly to a mechanical potentiometer or variable resistor, with end-to-end resistance options of 5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, and 100 kΩ.

· The device features an I2C-compatible interface for controlling and reading the wiper register, and operates on a single supply voltage from 2.7 V to 5.5 V.

· It is suitable for portable battery-operated applications due to its low power consumption of 0.9 µA at 3.3 V.
