DESCRIPTION
· The AO4801 is a 30V P-Channel MOSFET utilizing advanced trench technology.
· It offers excellent RDS(ON), low gate charge, and operates with gate voltages as low as 2.5V.
· Suitable for load switch and PWM applications, it can be used in a common drain arrangement for bidirectional blocking.
FEATURES
· VDS of -30V and ID of -5A at VGS = -10V.
· RDS(ON) < 48mΩ at VGS = -10V, < 57mΩ at VGS = -4.5V, and < 80mΩ at VGS = -2.5V.
· 100% UIS and Rg tested for reliability.
· Thermal characteristics include a junction and storage temperature range of -55 to 150°C.
APPLICATIONS
· Ideal for use as a load switch in various electronic circuits.
· Suitable for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) applications.
· Can be configured in a common drain setup to create a bidirectional blocking switch.
