· The AO4807 is a 30V dual P-Channel MOSFET utilizing advanced trench technology for optimal performance.
· It features excellent RDS(ON) and ultra-low gate charge, making it ideal for load switch or PWM applications.

· Drain-Source Voltage (VDS): -30V.
· Continuous Drain Current (ID): -6A at VGS = -10V.
· RDS(ON): <35mΩ at VGS = -10V; <58mΩ at VGS = -4.5V.
· 100% tested for UIS and Rg.
· Junction and storage temperature range: -55°C to 150°C.
