DESCRIPTION
· The AON7804 is a 30V Dual N-Channel MOSFET designed for high efficiency synchronous buck power stages.
· It features two low RDS(ON) MOSFETs in a compact DFN3x3 package, optimizing layout and board space utilization.
· Ideal for compact DC/DC converter applications.
FEATURES
· VDS of 30V and ID of 22A at VGS=10V.
· RDS(ON) < 21mΩ at VGS=10V and < 26mΩ at VGS=4.5V.
· 100% UIS and Rg tested, ESD protected.
· Maximum junction-to-case thermal resistance (RθJC) of 6.275°C/W.
· Maximum junction-to-ambient thermal resistance (RθJA) of 48°C/W.
· Continuous drain current (ID) of 22A at TC=25°C and 14A at TC=100°C.
