· The AON7934 is a 30V Dual Asymmetric N-Channel AlphaMOS device.
· It utilizes the latest Trench Power AlphaMOS (αMOS LV) technology.
· The device is designed for high current capability and low gate charge.
· It is RoHS and Halogen-Free compliant.

FEATURES

· Very low RDS(on) at 4.5V GS.
· High current handling with ID of 16A for Q1 and 18A for Q2 at VGS=10V.
· RDS(on) at VGS=10V is <10.2mΩ for Q1 and <7.7mΩ for Q2.
· 100% UIS and Rg tested for reliability.

APPLICATIONS

· Suitable for DC/DC converters in computing, servers, and POL.
· Ideal for isolated DC/DC converters in telecom and industrial applications.
