· The CC2640R2F is a Bluetooth® 5.1 Low Energy Wireless MCU featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M3 microcontroller.
· It offers up to 48-MHz clock speed, 275KB of nonvolatile memory, and up to 28KB of system SRAM.
· The device supports over-the-air upgrades and includes an ultra-low power sensor controller.
· It is available in various RoHS-compliant packages with different GPIO configurations.
· The CC2640R2F integrates a 2.4-GHz RF transceiver compatible with Bluetooth® Low Energy 5.1 and earlier specifications.
