DESCRIPTION

· The CP2400/1/2/3 is a versatile LCD driver and GPIO expander with integrated real-time clock and RAM, designed for low-power applications.

FEATURES

· Controls up to 128 segments (48-pin) or 64 segments (32-pin).

· Supports static, 2-mux, 3-mux, and 4-mux displays.

· On-chip bias generation with internal charge pump.

· Expands GPIO count by up to 36 pins (48-pin) or 20 pins (32-pin).

· Precision timekeeping with 32.768 kHz watch crystal or external 32 kHz CMOS clock.

· 256 bytes of general-purpose RAM.

· Two 16-bit timers and multiple clock sources including a 20 MHz internal oscillator.

· 4-wire SPI (up to 2.5 Mbps) or 2-wire SMBus/I2C (up to 400 kHz) interface.

· Low power operation (1.8–3.6 V) with ultra-low power mode (<3 μA typical).
