DESCRIPTION

· The CP2400/1/2/3 is a 128/64 segment LCD driver with GPIO expander, real-time clock, and low-power features.

· It supports static, 2-mux, 3-mux, and 4-mux displays with on-chip bias generation.

· The device includes a 256-byte RAM, two 16-bit timers, and multiple clock sources.

· It operates at 1.8–3.6 V with an integrated LDO and offers ultra-low power modes.

· Controls up to 128 segments (48-pin) or 64 segments (32-pin).

· Expands GPIO by 36 pins (48-pin) or 20 pins (32-pin).

· Precision timekeeping with 32.768 kHz crystal or external 32 kHz clock.

· 4-wire SPI (up to 2.5 Mbps) or 2-wire SMBus/I2C (up to 400 kHz) interfaces.

· Low power consumption: <3 μA with LCD, shutdown current 0.05 μA.
